1. Product Use

All products sold on this website are cat teaser toys and cat mats, designed for domestic pet cats only. Our products are not for human use, nor for commercial resale without our written authorization. You shall supervise your cat during playtime and use products reasonably to avoid accidental injury.

2. Product Descriptions & Images

We strive to make product photos, descriptions, size and material information accurate. However, slight color variation may exist because of different screen display settings, lighting during shooting and batch difference of raw materials. Minor color difference is not regarded as product defect. We do not guarantee that all display samples are 100% identical to the goods you receive.

3. Pricing

All prices displayed on the website are quoted in USD and subject to change without prior notice. Promotions, discount codes and special offers have fixed validity periods and stock limits. We reserve the right to cancel discounts or end campaigns early. If obvious pricing errors appear on the website due to system bugs, we have the right to cancel affected orders and issue full refunds.

4. Order Acceptance

When you submit payment, it is an offer to purchase. We reserve the right not to accept or cancel orders under circumstances including but not limited to: out of stock, wrong price display, suspected fraudulent transaction, abnormal order quantity, high-risk shipping address and violation of our policies. If we cancel your order, we will refund the full payment amount.

5. Payment

You warrant that all payment information you submit is true, valid and you are the authorized cardholder. All payment activities are governed by our Payment Method page which is incorporated into these Terms. You shall not initiate unreasonable chargebacks without communicating with our support team first.

6. Shipping & Returns

Shipping arrangements are governed by our Shipping Policy; return and refund matters are governed by our Return Policy. Both policies are incorporated into these Terms of Service and have legal binding force.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All trademarks, brand name Peribulbar, logos, pictures, texts, graphic designs and webpage layout on this website belong to Hefei Gongjiechang Technology Co., Ltd.. No person may copy, reproduce, distribute, modify or use these intellectual properties for commercial purposes without our written permission.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

Use the website for illegal activities
Attack, disrupt, hack or interfere with the normal operation of our website
Submit false information, fake shipping address or false claim
Copy our product pictures and descriptions for competing stores

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Hefei Gongjiechang Technology Co., Ltd. and Peribulbar shall not be liable for any indirect loss, consequential loss, incidental damages, loss of income or emotional loss arising from using our website or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the actual amount you paid for the related order.

We do not assume liability for accidents caused by improper use, unsupervised pet play, biting, tearing or swallowing small parts of toys.

If any dispute arises between both parties, we encourage friendly negotiation first via service@peribulbar.com.

12. Separability
