Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy governs all international orders placed on Peribulbar. By placing an order, you agree to the shipping terms below.

1. Order Processing Time

Orders will be processed and shipped within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Business days exclude Saturday, Sunday and official public holidays. Orders confirmed on holidays or weekends will be processed on the next available business day.

Processing includes product picking, quality check, packing, manifest creation and handover to logistics carrier.

2. Shipping Carrier

All our international parcels are shipped through 4PX as our official logistics partner. We reserve the right to switch carrier in exceptional cases such as service suspension, area delivery restriction or extreme delay, and we will notify affected customers.

3. Estimated Shipping Transit Time

Transit time starts counting after the parcel is scanned and accepted by 4PX:

United States: 7–10 business days
Other countries and regions: Estimated 8–14 business days

Estimated transit time is for reference only and not guaranteed. Delays may be caused by customs inspection, local courier backlog, bad weather, public holidays or regional logistics restrictions. We are not liable for delays caused by factors beyond our control.

4. Free Shipping Threshold

Free standard shipping is automatically applied to orders with a merchandise subtotal of **$50 USD or more** before tax. If you modify the order and the subtotal drops below $50 after checkout, the standard shipping fee will be charged accordingly. Free shipping only applies to standard shipping service, not expedited shipping.

5. Tracking Information

Once 4PX picks up and scans your package, we will send the unique tracking number to your registered email address. You can track delivery status on the official 4PX tracking website using the tracking number. Please check spam folder if you do not receive the tracking email. We recommend tracking your parcel regularly.

6. Customs Clearance, Duties and Import Taxes

All international shipments may be subject to import customs clearance procedures, import duties, consumption tax, VAT, brokerage fees or other local charges required by the destination country or territory.

All customs duties, taxes and related clearance fees are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Peribulbar and Hefei Gongjiechang Technology Co., Ltd. do not cover any import tax or customs duty. It is your responsibility to learn the local import rules before ordering.

If the parcel is seized, returned or destroyed by customs due to local import regulations, related loss shall be borne by the buyer.

7. Undeliverable & Lost Packages

If the parcel is returned to us because of invalid address, recipient refusal, failed delivery multiple times, the buyer needs to bear the original outbound freight and return freight.

For lost parcels, we will assist you to file an investigation case with 4PX. Investigation usually takes 10–20 business days. Compensation will follow 4PX’s official compensation rules.
