Return Policy

This Return Policy applies to all purchases of cat teaser toys and cat mats on Peribulbar. Please read all terms carefully before submitting a return request.

1. Return Time Limit

You may apply for a return within 30 calendar days from the date you receive the package, based on the delivery confirmation record from the logistics system. Return requests submitted after the 30-day window will not be accepted.

2. Eligibility & Condition of Returned Items

To be qualified for return and refund:

The product must be unused, untested, not chewed or scratched by pets
Original packaging, tags, accessories and all included parts must be complete, intact and in resellable condition
The item must not be damaged by customer misuse, improper storage or accident
Clear photos of the goods and packaging may be required for inspection

We reserve the right to refuse returns if items arrive stained, damaged, missing parts or without original packaging.

3. Return Shipping Cost

Under normal voluntary return circumstances, return shipping fees are borne by the customer.

We will cover return shipping costs only when the problem is our responsibility, including: wrong item shipped, missing items, manufacturing defect or obvious quality problem confirmed by our team.

4. Restocking Fee

We do not charge a restocking fee for all eligible returns that meet the above condition requirements.

5. Refund Processing

After we receive the returned parcel and complete quality inspection, we will initiate the refund to your original payment card within 5–7 business days. The actual arrival time of funds is controlled by your card issuing bank and payment network, which may take extra 3–10 business days in some cases. Refunds can only be issued back to the original payment account; we cannot refund to other accounts.

6. Order Cancellation Rules

You may modify or cancel your order within 2 hours after successful payment, or before the order is marked as shipped in our system.

Once the parcel has been handed over to 4PX for shipment, order cancellation is no longer available. At that time, you can only apply for return after you receive the package following this return policy.

7. Special Exclusions

Promotional clearance items, bundled gift accessories are still covered by this return policy unless marked “final sale” on the product page.

8. Return Application Process

Send your return application to service@peribulbar.com with your order number and reason for return. We will reply with return instructions and return address. Please do not send returns without prior notification.
